Throughout the 5-days, we will be teaching you about the science behind cravings, how it impacts the brain, and simple things you can add to your daily and weekly routines to combat this! All for FREE!
Your Brain and Cravings
You've taken the first step...so let's get started! (Remember this is all FREE!)
Cravings! We all experience them - but why? And what effects are they having on our bodies and brains?
In this challenge we are going to delve into how cravings come to be, and what (or even how) to eat to curb those cravings.
Growing up, after dinner we would always all indulge in one or two scoops of ice cream. My dad's favorite was mint chocolate chip - so we always had a pint of that in the freezer.
Then we would go lay on the couch to watch TV until bedtime. At the time, I though this was completely normal. But recently I've learned- it's not!
Although these moments with my family are some of my favorite, now, when it comes to dinnertime with my own son, we do things a little differently.
When we consume foods high in sugar and refined carbohydrates, our blood sugar levels spike quickly, leading to a sudden surge of energy.
However, as soon as that energy rush is over, we experience a crash.
This crash can lead to intense cravings and make it harder for us to maintain healthy eating habits.

What You Can Expect
This Challenge will consist of 5-days of challenge everyday this upcoming Monday through Friday that will help you curb your cravings.
After you sign up, you will receive an email with more detailed instructions along with a printable document to keep track of your progress each week.
During the week of the challenge, we are going to be sending you daily activities and tips via email each day of the challenge. These emails will consist of tips backed by research to practice during that day that can be carried out in weeks going forward.
These challenges will differ each day. Each morning, we encourage you to check your email, track the progress on your printable document, and share your experience that day in the Facebook group.
Our hope is that you can integrate some of these practices and habits into your daily life going forward to improve your brain, memory, and life! :)
We are all each other's accountability partner, so while you work to learn something new you can also get to know each other!

5-Day Curb Your Cravings Challenge
What: We will be walking you through cravings and how different cravings affect the body, as well as walk you through the process, and science, of why you get cravings in the first place and what affects they have on your brain.
When: This upcoming Monday through Friday
Why: This challenge will help you understand the root causes of cravings and equips you with effective strategies to stabilize your blood glucose levels, promoting long-term cognitive well-being and overall health.
How: You can expect daily check-ins and detailed instructions from us via email and in our Private Facebook Group. We will also provide informational content, encouragement, and accountability.
What You Get: You will be receiving daily emails, a printable document to track your daily activities, a list of what you will need (all free), and education on the "why" of it all. This will be sent to you via email!
