Challenging Your Brain & Finding your purpose
You've taken the first step...so let's get started! (Remember this is all FREE!)

In years-past, at the end of August, when I would go back to school or my children would go back to school--it would always be a great time to get reorganized and refocus on my overall goals.
So this month, I am so happy to announce that we will be doing the same - together - by challenging our brains and celebrating Ambitious August!

For 5 days, starting August 22nd, we'll look at different ways to find purpose in our lives. We'll examine our daily habits, CHALLENGE ourselves, and work on meeting the daily goals you'll set for yourself.
What do I mean by purpose?
Essentially, we are looking at our "why?"
- Why do we want to be our most ambitious selves?
- Why do we want to have our best memory and brain health going forward?
- And WHAT can we do to ensure this?

Throughout the week we will be challenging ourselves in one aspect of wellness each day.
We will be exploring our purpose, then taking baby-steps each day to take action and make sure our habits align with our purpose and goals.
What You Can Expect
This FREE 5-Day Challenge will consist of daily challenges to find your purpose - starting Monday, August 22nd through Friday, August 26th.
After you sign up, you will receive an email with more detailed instructions along with a printable document to keep track of your challenge throughout the week.
During the week of the challenge, we are going to be sending you daily activities and tips via email each day of the challenge. These emails will consist of documents to explore your purpose and overall goals, then habits and action-plans to carry these goals forward.
These challenges will differ each day. Each morning, we encourage you to check your email, track the progress on your printable document, and share your experience that day in the Facebook group.
We are all each other's accountability partners...
Our hope is that you can integrate some of these challenges and habits into your daily life to live a purpose driven life to improve your brain health and memory!
It's true! A 2019 study looked at six years' worth of data from nearly 12,000 adults. And what they found was both shocking and exciting.
Having goals and purpose in life significantly slashes the risk of cognitive decline, boosted cognitive functioning scores and just made for happier, healthier lives.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg! Having a purpose in life can also help...
Research PROVES that having a purpose protects against mental decline
