The Most Important Step Is For You To Show Up
Since this is a free call, we have lots and lots of people who want to know the guidance that our Memory and Brain Health Assessors give.
We ask that you show up on time and allow 30-45 minutes for this call. This is a time for you to dedicate to learning what you can do to improve your memory and your brain health.
So give this gift to yourself to show up prepared and ready to take action.
This is a regular phone call, not zoom or anything so no computer is needed. You will want to make sure you have a pen and paper ready to take notes.

If for any reason you need to reschedule, we ask that you give a 24 hour notice. We understand things come up, but again, this is time that another person can get the help that they need if you can't make it.
We allow 1 reschedule per customer.
We also have a little pre-call homework for you in order for you to get the most of your call. Everything we do is customized for each customer because everyone is different so we want to know where you’re at with your brain health.
We’d like you to be able to answer the following questions for us:
- What is the biggest challenge your experiencing with your brain health and memory right now?
- What has worked for you or not worked for you in the past in improving your brain health and memory?
- What would your retirement look like, whether you’re already retired or it’s still to come, if you were excited to get out of bed every morning and felt so alive and bursting with energy?
When you come with these answers, we’ll be able to give you very specific suggestions on what to do next for your current brain health. We have loads of free resources we can send you and will recommend some next action steps for you to take to start on you on your brain health journey to feel sharp as a tack.
