You've taken the first step...so let's get started! (Remember this is all FREE!)
This time of year can be very fast paced. Whether it is planning for parties, getting your shopping done, or cooking and baking up a storm for your family, it can be A LOT.
And it can be stressful. One of the things about stress is that when we are stressed, we tend to breathe from our chest. This is a normal process, and it means that our Sympathetic Nervous System, our fight or flight response, has been activated.
Now, this isn’t inherently bad... it’s a normal bodily process and is there to protect us and keep us safe. The thing with our brains though is that perceived “danger” and actual danger are signaled the same way in our bodies.
When we go through periods of stress, and our Sympathetic Nervous System doesn’t get a chance to relax, this can be really damaging to the body – and specifically the brain.
One of the easiest ways for us to quickly get out of this state of stress is bringing our awareness back to our breath.
And not only that, but taking it one step further and learning not only how best to breathe, but how to best breathe for our BRAINS.

What You Can Expect
This Challenge will consist of 5-days of stress reducing challenges-everyday this upcoming Monday through Friday
After you sign up, you will receive an email with more detailed instructions along with a printable document to keep track of your progress each week.
During the week of the challenge, we are going to be sending you daily activities and tips via email each day of the challenge. These emails will consist of breathwork videos to practice during that day that can be carried out in weeks going forward.
These challenges will differ each day. Each morning, we encourage you to check your email, track the progress on your printable document, and share your experience that day in the Facebook group.
Our hope is that you can integrate some of these breathwork practices and habits into your daily life going forward to improve your brain, memory, and life! :)
We are all each other's accountability partner, so while you work to learn something new you can also get to know each other!

5-Day Breathwork Challenge
What: We will be walking you through the basics of breath and how different kinds of breathing affect the body, as well as walk you through the process, and science, of specific breathing practices to either activate or relax the nervous system.
When: This upcoming Monday through Friday
Why: Breathwork can help you get out of a state of stress and bring our awareness back to our breath. This has amazing effects on your overall health and especially your memory and brain health.
How: You can expect daily check-ins and detailed instructions from us via email and in our Private Facebook Group. We will also provide informational content, encouragement, and accountability.
What You Get: You will be receiving daily emails, a printable document to track your daily activities, a list of what you will need (all free), and education on the "why" of it all. This will be sent to you via email!
