After you sign up, you will receive an email with more detailed instructions and a printable document to track your progress throughout the week. Each day of the challenge, we will send you activities and tips via email to help you cultivate joy and positivity in your life. These emails will include various practices and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine to boost your well-being.
We encourage you to check your email each morning and track your progress on the printable document. You can also share your experiences and connect with other participants in our private Facebook group. As accountability partners, we can support and encourage each other on this journey towards joy and positivity.
Our hope is that you will not only enjoy this challenge, but also learn how to integrate these practices into your daily life and continue to cultivate joy and positivity moving forward.

What: Welcome to the Joyous January challenge! Over the next 5 days, we will be focusing on how to cultivate joy and positivity through various practices and techniques.
When: This challenge will take place from Monday to Friday of the upcoming week.
Why: Starting the year off with joy and positivity can set the tone for the rest of the year and has numerous benefits for our overall well-being. By participating in this challenge, you will learn how to tap into your inner joy and cultivate it on a daily basis.
How: We will be providing daily check-ins and guidance via email and in our private Facebook group. You can expect to receive informational content, encouragement, and accountability as you work through the challenge. We will also provide a printable document to track your daily activities and a list of any materials you will need.
