  • Then, your Certified Memory and Cognition Health Coach will create your Personalized Brain Health Roadmap based upon your Memory Assessment. This is your customized plan to get you from where you are now to feeling sharp every day.   • Leading up to the retreat, you get weekly video trainings giving you an in depth look at the 10 Pillars of Brain Health and how to use them in your Brain Health Roadmap.
